Has anyone heard anything from Virginia?

I heard they didn't have much funding this year so they only admitted a few students

Just got rejected even though I literally went there for a year of undergrad and know some of the professors :(((( it was my top choice rip oh well

Got my official rejection this morning

I heard there was a shooting yesterday at UGA so they didn't have school today, so maybe we'll hear Monday?

Wichita State!! Also I'm applying to Georgia State's MA program right now. But Wichita State also has a free field school this summer in Texas they are accepting 9 students to.

I hope I hear back from Georgia soon, but I'm pretty sure I've already been soft-rejected since I didn't get an interview.

Damn you interviewed at georgia for archaeology does that mean I am not getting in if I did not get an invite?

Okay just remembered I made this thread lmao. I ended up applying to South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Kansas, NC State, Georgia, and Wichita State. Seeing that people got interview invites from Georgia gave me a heart attack but hopefully they were just for cultural.

I know it's still early, but I wanted to go ahead and start this thread. Where are you all applying to? How is everything going so far?
