Hi, I'm also interested in the MIPP program. Just following up to see how everything worked out for you.

I believe the requirement is fairly strict - and that those accepted tend to have more experience than the average. I think the total application package is what matters, and fewer years in a certain role/capacity may be more appealing to them (from an admissions pov) than a far longer career spent in a less compelling role.
