Hi! I'm not as familiar with MSW programs in Canada (I'm from New York), but I had average grades in my undergrad and only 6 months of volunteering experience and I've been accepted to 2/2 programs that I've applied to. I think as long as you can convey your goals through your personal statement you should be okay.
