Is anyone planning to decline their Western offer?

Rejected from McGill. Decision sent at 4:13pm today.

When/what time did they say this? Also, I didn't know there was a discord chat. Is it open to everyone?

Did they tell you when they plan to meet /make decisions? Or what to expect in the coming days?

For those of you who got accepted into McGill and Dalhousie, which date do you need to accept your offer by? I'm trying to figure out when more offers will be sent out if anyone declines.

For those who have been accepted/waitlisted/rejected at McGill, if comfortable, mind sharing sub-gpa and casper quartile? Thank you in advance.

I called today and they said they are continuing to send out acceptances/waitlists/rejections until Tuesday next week. Did anyone receive anything as yet?

Hey! I've spoken to a few people who are finishing/ed the program at McGill and they are monolingual, English-speaking. They told me that there are fewer opportunities for them to do their clinical placements because they are not bilingual, so they cannot do it in a place like a hospital or a school.

I called on Wednesday and they said that some people got off the waitlist on Tuesday. They have maybe about a week or so to respond to their offer. They said 26/30 spots have been filled so far....That's why in my post above I asked if anyone is planning on accepting their offer from being on the waitlist or if they are planning to decline or drop out and accept another offer

For those who got off the waitlist for McGill, is anyone planning on declining or accepting?

They didn't tell me how long the waitlist was But I asked if there was a lot of movement last year on the list and they said yes because students accept offers elsewhere. People with offers have until the 15th to accept and then they'll go to the waitlist.

Is anyone planning on rejecting their McGill offer who has not already done so? Just trying to get an idea of the movement of the waitlist. Thanks in advance for all your responses! I called McGill and so far 12/30 spots are filled. They do not release info on waitlist position
