I heard it directly from NSERC. I don't know if it's random or not. Judging that many people here also gotten their Vanier, it is possible that they are going by the order from top ranked applicants first.

I don't think this is the case. I didn't apply for Vanier as I didn't know about it at the time and missed the deadline. Got result for CGS-D yesterday.

Got the CGS-D. Yesterday afternoon, ExtraNet or someone sent me an email to login for a portal for the result.

When will we start getting NSERC results in April next year? I have another scholarship that might conflict with NSERC PGS timeline.
