I applied for Communication Studies! I am not sure if they only call American numbers or not tbh.

Just checked my voicemails and got accepted into Minnesota! Check your inboxes if you applied, I nearly missed it.

Hi! Thank you very much. I have a lot of quantitative research experience. I am currently a Masters student finishing up my degree (GPA- 3.92) I have presented 3 papers at NCA. I also have qualitative coding experience outside the field of communication which I am 2nd author on a paper that is about to be published. I also think my personal statement was very compelling with the story I told and how it has motivated me to become a researcher in the field of communication. If you have any other specific questions, feel free to ask!

Just received an acceptance email from the University of Delaware. Surprisingly very quick, I submitted my application on Jan. 5th. I also received information about funding/assistantship.

Does anyone have any thoughts on why some people would receive decisions on their applications and not others?

Hey! I saw on the results page that someone got accepted to UConn today. Was this any of you? If not, have any of you applied to UConn and heard back?

Hi! Thank you! I have gotten two emails from two separate schools. Both came from the Graduate Directors. I believe they were unofficial acceptance letters and that they just wanted to let me know before any other schools had a chance to get their acceptances/denials out. Keeping my fingers crossed for everyone!

Hi! I was able to talk to some professors of interest while I was at NCA about a week and a half ago. However, other programs I have am applying to I have not reached out to anyone. It is not too late to reach out to them though if you feel like that is the best decision!

Hello everyone! I am currently a Master's student and am in the process of applying. The schools that I have successfully finished the application process for are UConn, Minnesota, Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and University of Arizona! The programs I am still in the process of applying to are Rutgers, University of Iowa, Missouri, Tennessee-Knoxville, and University of Delaware! My main research interest is interpersonal communication and have recently been finding myself focusing on romantic relationships and families!
