Sounds like you’re pretty busy with all that writing and research. I think your experience might help, but a 3.0 GPA can be tricky. Have you thought about how you're gonna make those essays pop? What’s your focus in your essays for the CRC or lit program?

Honestly, it sounds like you’ve got a solid profile, but the job market is tough, especially without quant experience. UCB and Columbia could be good options; definitely check their stats programs. Just don’t get discouraged, but you might want to consider a more practical master's to boost your chances. Maybe network more, too.
