Heyyyyyy!! Lurking, anxious.
First round applying, I'm an interdisciplinary photographer and printmaker. Been working as a graphic designer / art director in the 6 years since undergrad.
Applying to: UMN, Cornell, and Iowa.
Considering submitting one last app to RIT as I'm open/looking to focus the majority of my time on lens-based work in MFA. Obviously stellar facilities, faculty, reputation. But I have no savings and need tuition covered and a TA stipend. Seems like they don't include assistantships as part of their acceptance packages? If anyone has any info to convince me for/against submitting in the next 10 days that'd be so sick! Pretty against giving a school the app fee if I don't know I'd actually go if accepted.
