Thanks for the advice. I went ahead and sent scanned copies and most places were pretty gracious about it. Still not too happy with ETS, needless to say.

Hi all, I'm applying to English Ph.D programs, so I took the GRE General this summer and the Subject Test in October. For some reason, ETS screwed up and has me as two different files so that when I try to send additional score reports online, I have two different accounts. Their website says to call and report if this is the case. I did that a couple weeks ago and was told it would take 5-7 business days to combine the files (who knows why that should take more than 20 minutes...). I called again last week and they said it would be another couple days, but still nothing, and I'm starting to panic because most of my deadlines have already passed (the rest of my apps are complete, though). I'm going to call again today and just harass them until they send out reports, but do you think it's worthwhile for me to scan my copy of my scores and just email them to the English programs with an explanatory note, or would that just be obnoxious? Thanks!
