I believe they’ve invited applicants to a Welcome Weekend event! From what I can gather, it’s like a second round of interviews but in-person, and this also allows applicants to gauge the campus/department culture

I feel like they might send out more decisions depending on whether those who received offers accept or not (especially since information on funding has yet to be revealed) but maybe I'm being too optimistic ;7;)

Can confirm this! I received a similar notice from the University at Buffalo: they also had their admissions process paused due to the current administration, and it has not proceeded as of this message ;;;;
