This might be really specific but when you say pay-to-play digital stuff do you mean people pay for time on the machines etc, just wondering if they said any specifics on that. My work is very reliant on these digital fab spaces so I’ve been trying to get more information on what they are like but there’s not too much info online.

Ugh I'm really sorry to hear that. Can I ask when you heard back from Rutgers? I am still in the dark about them, I assume now that it's a no, I just wish schools would send out formal rejections, or anything?

That's amazing! I haven't heard anything from them, and theres nothing in my portal, wondering if that's bad news. Did you get an email as well or did you only see it in your portal? Has anyone gotten a rejection from Rutgers or just interview so far?

Hi! Wanted to share This is my first time applying to schools, honestly this whole process has been incredibly nerve wracking, but I'm trying to stay hopeful throughout it! All my applications have been for painting, or interdisciplinary programs. Rutgers: nothing yet Hunter: nothing yet, but saw some other people have had an interview request so figured it might be a no SAIC: Interviewing next week! Yale: nothing yet Decided not to go to the SAIC interview in person, its pretty costly and far from me. Good luck to everyone!
