Hi all! I've been lurking for a few weeks and thought it would be fun to join the... fun. So far I have 5 rs (Michener, Syracuse, Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, Michigan), 1 waitlist (Minnesota), and 1 acceptance (half-line funding at Stony Brook—very thankful and the program seems great but I'm unsure if I want to pay at all for an MFA!). I'm still waiting on 8 programs but my waitlists and acceptances came before the 5 rejections, so right now all the good news feels a little like a fluke. I am trying to gain some perspective, I guess. Has anyone else who applied to/interviewed with Stony Brook heard anything?
