I see, I was also confused about this. My research applies to BAAs from all 3 agencies. It also allows you to choose multiple and rank them in that drop down menu. I interpreted it as "choose only one from the drop down menu options", but you could easily also interpret this as "choose only one DOD agency". Hopefully choosing applies to multiple doesn't come back to bite me

Out of curiosity, how/why did people choose a specific DoD agency versus selecting "applies to multiple agencies"?
