I'm so sorry, I can't imagine how frustrating that must be. It's so random & subjective; it's normal to feel upset, but please remember that these grants don't determine your ability or potential. The slots are so limited. Keep your head up! Many more opportunities to come beyond NSERC/CGS-D.

The CIHR website says the funding notification will go out on April 30th - does it ever come out early?? It seems that the NSERC applicants heard back today (and the reported notification date online is supposed to be April 30th), but I'm not sure if that includes only the Vanier applicants, or the CGSD applicants too.
