3.41 GPA from uni with known grade deflation, 1 REU summer, senior thesis, and 9 months of research after undergrad. Bio major applying to molecular bio programs with good resources for protein engineering (think schools associated with rosetta commons). My research experiences were ecology and evolution themed, but my thesis was bioengineering flavored. Up to 4 good letters of rec. How are my chances if I put in the effort tying everything together on the statement of purpose? I'm worried I won't seem computationally competent, but I've been coding post-grad and landed a remote job that requires computational skills. Thanks for any and all advice.
