hey, can you give more info about UIUC. unfortunately, i couldn't make it to the open house because of a conference. how many people where there? how was the overall atmosphere (competitive or collaborative)? thanks! thanks everyone else for their wonderful reviews. MIT met all day today to determine the fate of the applications! leogk, have you heard anything form your advisor? I applied to him also :mrgreen:

yes, it was EE:Systems to the person that asked. dang, i haven't received anything from Berkeley. looks like a couple got rejections already from them today! :shock:

someone got an interview at MIT EECS.

yep, i don't think the "track your status" page is updated....there is no mention of it either in their graduate admissions website (unlike other schools which use embark)

does cornell have a status check for transcripts/gre scores? they gave me a link to check my recommenders, but there seems to be nothing for the other two. :cry:
