This will seem like a very silly question, but I've been out of school for a while. My understanding is that my academic LOR have the school's address in the left corner (sort of pro forma). However, my work related LORs (as I understand) just begin with dead admissions committee: or whatever. My boss has not included an address in the top because the letters have all been submitted online. Does anyone know if this is improper, inadequate and needs to be rectified.
I would hope that admissions committees would only care about the content of the letters (which are great) rather than stylistic concerns. But if no address is an issue, I would prefer to tell my boss to fix this pronto.
