thanks for the help! i'm tempted to call them and just ask about it....i don't think that priority is based on program areas...i think they just go to the wait list and take the first student off of it and throw them in no matter what program area they have applied to....

still waiting from emory...on the waiting list...has anyone heard from them regarding the wait list????

Is anybody hearing anything from Emory yet? Any invites? Any waitlist people get in yet? I'm on waiting list and wondered....

I went to interview weekend and am on the waiting list, but I had to call to find this out.... the official invites have been made...now those invites have to turn emory down and go somewhere else and then the waiting list people start to get in...

I was interviewed....thanks for saying so....now that I see how many rejections and how many people apply to so many schools to increase chances, I really feel good about having gotten this far in the process....but I'm still waiting on those formal invitees to choose other schools! I suppose that happens every year. This is a grueling process, indeed. Thanks, though, demondeac....
