I applied for Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages(TESOL) for Fall 2001and for the time being, I've got two offers from Monterey Institute of International Studies and Penn GSE, respectively. Which one is better if I want to stay in the States and work for a while as a Chinese teacher?
