It kind of seems like we'll receive money to live off of, but less than the Full Grant people (because they have a book/research component to the stipend). Hopefully we will find out soon! Does anyone have any place in particular they would like to be? I'm just happy to be going back to Russia.

She didn't say, but if they are coming from Moscow, hopefully it will be via e-mail. Russian mail is literally the worst thing ever.

Rachel responded that we should be hearing in the next few weeks about ETA placements and the next steps in the process. Anyone know where people are usually sent? I know that we will probably not be in Petersburg or Moscow, but that leaves a lot of Russia...

I just e-mailed her, I'll let you know when I hear back from her what she says.
