2011focus

Hey all. New to all this. I am applying to some schools for the Ph.D. program in Social psychology and I missed a lot of deadlines. Does anyone know of any schools still accepting applications for Fall 2011. Also, I will be taking Gre's in Feb 2011 and I need help knowing which formats i should take, i.e., the general and the psych test?? Some person posted that they had applied to many social psych programs that proclaimed that the GRE test was optional. Which programs are those and where are they located.
