First of all please make some effort to use complete words. A forum is not a place for text messages... Anyhow, Syracuse is a good school and even if you get into one of your other schools I would still not automatically just jump on it. Make sure you learn more about the program and talk to students and faculty there. Make sure it's a good fit for what you want to do.

I think it's pretty good. The part about figure skating can be hit or miss and like someone else has said before you need to use more active voice and some stronger language to show your determination. Other than that, I think you got a good chance!

Gracefully acknowledge the acceptance letter. Tell them about your situation since you are out of the country and see what they say. Maybe you can do a skype interview. And of course.... congrats!!!!!
