I'm biochem major, and accepted to both Caltech and Scripps (La Jolla). While I prefer Scripps over Caltech, I just want to hear broader opinions. Any suggestions?

Unless you're deeply in love with NY and afraid of sunshine in California, you would be insane to do so. (or you're a vampire.) I mean, yes, NYU is a great school, New York is very hip, but Berkeley is BEYOND being great. Whatever your choice would be, congratulations on your achievement.
