Harvard without funding U of Michigan gives me full funding Wow, so difficult to choose My ultimate goal is to get a PhD. Harvard surely cannot guarantee that, while UMich's MS is easy to get its PhD..... Anyone can give me some advice?

Hi! I am from HK and new to this forum Recently I got the PhD offer from Emory in Biostatistics. It is my first offer! But I asked my professor about the information, he told me Emory is not strong in academia. While it is said the working opportunity is good as it is near CDC.(But I do not know whether international student will enjoy the same privilege) As I am outside of US and do not quite know the real situation in the US. Anyone could give me any insight about this university?
