I'm in a dilemma. I have been offered an admission from both U-Mich, Ann Arbor and Imperial College, London. (Mechanical Engineering) I doubt which is better in both academic aspect and overall environment. I incline to U-Mich because I prefer its program. But another problem is, my girlfriend will go to Imperial College. What should I do? Can you compare U-Mich and Imperial ME? Do these 2 schools have equal quality? What is my chance to get a PhD in the US if I choose Imperial for my Master?
