Just interviewed this afternoon and they told me at the end of the interview! I won't have specific details on what they are offering for a week or two though.

I was just really amped up after seeing that clip that morning, being from Detroit. It just put a lot of things in perspective, and into a digestable package. Cranbrook is a beautiful school and campus. I am friends, exhibit, and critique with a lot of prior Cranbrook grads that have stuck around the hood and they are great artists and great people. FYI, Cranbrook is way out in the burbs, in an affluent area. Most of the students there never even venture into the city.

Thanks guys! Yes, it came this afternoon. The language of the invitation sounded good with an interesting mention of scholarships, but I will stay mum as to not jinx myself.

In other news though, just checked my JUNK MAIL and received an interview request at Pratt! About time I got some good news!

So did anyone who was waitlisted at RISD last year get an interview this year?

Ugh. I'm feeling supremely bummed right now. Cool.

Still nothing. Surprised not to hear from RISD after being waitlisted last year. I thought my entire package was MUCH stronger this year. Hmm.

Ditto. Was asked to interview last year at RISD on 2/26, and subsequently waitlisted. Haven't heard a thing yet this year.
