Anyone else waitlisting at Tufts? Applied for cognitive, found out I was waitlisted & interviewed in person a few weeks ago. Hoping to hear back soon - anyone else in the same boat?

Waiting on Tufts too. Interviewed in February and haven't heard anything since.....

I was invited to a campus visit / interview with my POI earlier this year. We made arrangements to meet in March, but 2 days ago I received a notice letting me know I was wait listed. Could this possibly be because I haven't yet had my interview, or did my POI already decide to extend an offer to someone else? Similar stories?

A month ago I received an invitation to visit the lab of a POI. This was after a phone interview and before acceptances had been announced. I have not yet had my in person visit / campus tour but I have received an e-mail from the graduate department stating I was on the waiting list. Has anyone had a similar experience? Could I just be on the waiting list because I have not yet had my interview, or does that mean my POI has already chosen another applicant?
