No, I have not heard from cs department yet. However, a prof from ECE has approached me. He wanted me to join his team. I will talk to him again tomorrow.

I think I would write to the profs in XXX and YYY since you have talked to the profs instead of the Admission coordinator.

I think it was alright. He just asked me about why I want to do graduate school, my previous research project, and any idea about future research projects. Then, I ask some questions. That is it. He said decisions will be made in next week or so.

Monday How can I prepare for it? I do not have any experience of this kind.

I got an email today from a professor of University of Toronto. He wants to talk to me about my application to CS program. Does it mean that I am half way to the program? But I did not get invited to the visit day since my application was just completed in this week. I heard, from the people who have been invited to the visit day, that the decisions will be made in the next week . I really want to go to UofToronto. I hope it is a good start.
