Has anybody tried the University Apartment Housing at Columbia University ? is it hard to get ? I think it might be a good option because I'm gonna need something just for one semester (my girlfriend will be coming for the second one and we'll look for something together). Otherwise, what is the usual minimum term contract for rooms in shared flats ? Cheers Felix
