  2. well if you could get offers from these two schools, then I guess you are a very strong applicant. To be honest, I think you have already known pretty much about what you wanna do and which one would be better for your future.

  16. For Berkeley IEOR, they post admission firstly, and then discuss about how to assign the funding (this is what I heard from some PHD candidates there.)
