Just received my offer of admission from the Grad School at Georgetown via snail mail. Found out I was accepted a couple weeks ago via phone and then an e-mail from the Gov. department. Kinda a lame letter, no package or anything, just letting me know when I need to respond. Deposit is waived through (I am waitlisted for funding).
Just got my acceptance e-mail from Georgetown. Was accepted over the phone last weekend. Invited to the Open House. Now, to just get off the waiting list for funding.
Not sure about the waves. I was accepted over the weekend and was told not sure about funding yet (which means WL for the 2 fellowships/assistantships they give out for each sub-field).
If you don't hear by the end of today, I might make that assumption. Gradstudent2011 is IR is received an informal e-mail. I am American and received a call.
