I got a reply today, an admission to MS, even though I applied for Phd. You might be on the same boat

Wow, that's a great fellowship, with those 30k you should be able to hire your own part time RA and travel to more conferences and stuff like that . That is a very nice offer, and specially since Charlottesville is definitely not an expensive place. So yeah, my friend and I applied for CS so this might not be relevant, but thanks for the info anyways! Good luck with the rest of your applications

May I ask about the funding for UVA? I applied there and havent even heard from them yet, I'm just curious about funding since my friend got in there and havent heard about funding yet.

I was accepted for cs PhD at UT-Austin and neither of the websites shows my status, they say "under revision" and "submitted"

Do you go there? How do you already know you've been rejected?

Well, isnt the visit day on March 12-13th? then what about the students who get accepted afterwards?

Any insider info? Maybe ask them when they are going to send out all the decision?

I think that's because the status comes from the Graduate OFfice, but the email was sent from the Computer Science department, so I guess it will take a few days to get updated. Good luck!
