I'm on the wait list for Cornell's musicology program; the letter came by post about a week and a half ago. I emailed Neal Zaslaw to restate my strong interest in the program, etc., and he wrote back saying that seven people have been accepted for three spots (out of more than 70 applicants!) with a short wait list after. You should probably contact him or someone else in the department, since it sounds like decisions have gone out and yours may have gotten lost. Best of luck!
