I did my masters in CS. My thesis was on bridging the sequence based and expression based estimates of regulation in the gap gene system of Drosophila. As I can see, you have already been accepted by U Washington. Who is ur potential supervisor ?

I hv already completed my masters from Mcgill. That's why i hv applied directly to PhD.
