I'm going to RISD in graphic design (2-year track). Already submitted my on-campus housing deposit, but I will also be looking for somewhere more affordable but not too far away. I'm also coming from CA and still debating whether to fly or take my car for a very long trip.

Yes, they offered me a tuition waiver and health coverage, it's the best financial offer I got so far. Too bad I received this after I made my decision...

So I finally received my letter from Washington with all the assistance and stipend offers... just after I accepted RISD's offer.

I live not too far from San Francisco, so it could be the case that I received my letter before others do. Best of luck!

Just received funding info. from CCA today, about two weeks after the official acceptance letter.

For those of you who were recently interviewed at CalArts, have you heard back from them yet?

Yeah, I already got accepted to CCA and Carnegie Mellon design programs. I hope to hear from RISD 2yr program sometime soon.

Congratulations on getting into Washington! I hear they have a great program, and all the teaching assistants get tuition waiver and health coverage!

I don't know if any of you applied to the RISD 2yr GD program, but they have selected finalists and will be interviewing them for the next two weeks.
