I applied for history at Cornell in fall 2011, and the secretary said in early January that the decision will be made in mid-February. I have not heard from her ever since. Just checked the posts and found a few admissions with just one rejection. So the program is holding on a massive number of rejection letters? Other opinions? Thanks!
