rarify

I am interested in Biochemistry and Biophysics especially in single molecule analysis. Also, I like studying disease mechanisms using model systems. I expect to have a Master degree before next fall and might have a one publication (impact factor might be around 5). My GPA in undergrad is 3.88/4.0, and will be around 3.8/4.0 for Master. GRE score is 650(V), 800(Q) 3.5(W). I am an international student. There are so many schools, and I have no idea where I have to apply. Anybody has suggestions?
