chances for Phd in canada with funding ..already have a M.S degree from USA

Hi I have done a Mater of Science in Industrial engineering from a state university in USA ..I have 2.5 years of work experience in USA (but its in software) ..Now I want to pursue a Phd in canadian university ...will it ease my way with my MS from USA ... what are the chances of getting funding for my Phd?
