yeh i got a response. acceptance but was hesitant to tell me. I believe the grad school is behind on paperwork. funding will be decided by friday. if you call find out if there is a visitation day or something.

Called USC and UCLA demanded a response . put myself out of the misery. Ahh moving on...glad I called UCLA said they would send a letter in 2 weeks....

they will be mailing out decisions later today or tomorrow. Should arrive this weekend or early next week. emails should arrive sooner... doesnt seem like good news but we shall see

she never answers when i call. hmm i hope thats what it means at least there is still a chance. Everyone that has been accepted please go ahead and turn it down!

nice thats my field as well. no clue how many apply. it is surprisingly ranked higher than i thought. I prefer to live in the south so its a solid choice in my view but its reputation is unknown to me. hopefully that works out in our favor

I suggest calling them. they will usually give you an answer over the phone

Yeh I called and was told that those accepted so far have received the provost fellowship. But they could be done with all acceptances by now... hope not
