Congratulations! did you only apply to the MA or both the PHD and the MA? I dont know if anyone did the same thing as me, but I stupidly marked "not sure" under the section where it asks if I want to be considered for the MA as well. anyone??

I haven't received the two rejection letters to come but I am also in the same line of thought - thinking about re-applying next year and hoping to be better prepared. I would love to share where I stand now with those who succeeded in their application to receive some feedback and see in which area I could improve myself. Thank you! Does this, however, mean that we have definitely been unsuccessful with the PhD? also, are we bascially on equal standing with all the MA applicants? Of course I made the poor choice of applying to the most competitive MA - curatorial and criticism.... This waiting needs to be over soon! good luck to you as well, and please do let me know if you hear anything!

Does anyone know if they send out a portion of the rejection letters out first ( A to L) and then another batch (M to Z) the next day? My last name starts with Y and I still have not received ANY NEWS from Columbia....

Has anyone been able to verify if the 15 feb post on Yale art history post is true? If so, can we say that all those who are admitted have been notified mid-feb? ahhhhhh I might as well post a rejection letter to myself to put a stop to this hopeless waiting!
