This program is a new program provided by Fung Institute and several joint engineering departments at Berkeley. I got an admit last week (with concentration in EECS) and some of my friends were also admitted. However since the duration is only nine months with two semesters (24 credits), I am worrying about the quality of education and its credibility in the industry. Looking forward to some useful information and comments on this program : ) Another admit of mine is MSIT-SM program at INI@CMU, which consists of 4 semester in both Pittsburgh and Silicon Valley, with 144 credits including a summer intern and practicum project. Since both Berkeley and CMU are both top choices for CSers, I came to a hard choice~~looking for advices!
