Has anyone heard from Columbia Teachers College for Speech Lang/Pathology?

I went to Grad interview today and was offered the final position in the program. I have not heard from the other two schools I applied to and after todays interview,..... they would like an answer by next week! Two questions: 1. Is it appropriate to ask for alittle more time to evaluate and process...(was not expecting this today) 2. If you decline because an unusual offer came through at the same time, are you able to re-apply or is your record "tarnished"?

I have applied to 3 Grad programs and will be having my first interview this Wednesday. If I am fortunate to get in any of them, how much time are you allowed before you give them a formal yes or no ?
