I'm a college bball fan! I need to fill out my bracket today. I'll be applying to the ITP program, too. I'm pretty sure if I can refresh my Spanish skills, I'll be trying for the Bilingual program at UT.

Yes, it's my top choice, too. I didn't have an SLP background either, but 2 years ago I took the leveling courses at UT. Maybe we'll have some classes together.

Is anyone planning on attending UT Austin? I still haven't heard anything from Texas State.

Congratulations to you,too! Yep, UT Austin is my top school since I live in Austin and can't move (married, own house, etc.). So UT and Tx State were my only choices. I'm so relieved and happy!

Hi squaressquared. I haven't heard anything from Tx State either. I applied there last year, but I lacked a prereq they require that UT Austin doesn't. go figure. I do remember that I hadn't heard from them last year by this time either. I haven't read or heard when they usually announce decisions.

My prediction is that UT will let people know via email tomorrow morning. That's what they did last year. This is my second year to apply. I only applied to UT and Texas State so hopefully I get into one of those two. Good luck to everyone!

For those who have been accepted to UT Austin, what were your stats if you don't mind my asking? I expect to hear from them on Friday (before their Spring Break) and I'm preparing for rejection. esp since some folks have already heard from UT. :/
