Hey
So I have to do some research work for my friend who wishes to apply for M.S. Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) Spring 2012.
He has a good academic background and strong GRE scores.
If people could mention the univ names, Spring 2012 in mind, that'd be great.
He has the following:
CMU
UIUC
University of Wisconsin
Georgia
USC
Thanks
Hey
So having been rejected by UIUC yesterday, I am still positive as I have CMU and Cornell to choose from.
If you guys could help me out by answering, which one is better and why?
Thanks

this is giving me some hope too. I want to do a masters in VLSI and i feel UCLA is the place to be for this course.
I am a bit worried that the admission from UCLA is taking long (even though it says that the admission decisions will be made from mid-Feb to March-end).
fingers crossed. hopefully I make it.
Hey,
So I am waiting it out for my masters applications to come through and I see the status as "sent for review" or "under review" or "decision pending". Is this supposed to mean waitlisted?
Pls help
