I don't think Columbia is holding interviews. I heard they're sending out the results on late March/ early April.

Yeah, im applying to the Photo program. Its funny, I thought I hadn't applied at the end... so I wasn't expecting to hear back from them. It was such a surprise to get accepted! Now Im trying to decide... I belief it's a good school but I really want to be at a large city...

Thanks for the post! Congratulations! Too bad they're not giving you more financial help. I'm still waiting for them to tell me if they're giving me any award. My deadline's on the 11th of April. Parsons sounds great too, specially if you got a big award. Lmk what you end up doing.

Yeah, me too - now i've gotta make a decision. It's tough... all programs are soo expensive. I'm living in Providence but I'm actually from Spain (Barcelona)! Congrats! Do you know were are you gonna go?

Has anyone heard back from Columbia University's MFA in Visual Studies?

I had my interview with NYU two weeks ago. They told me that after this week (current one) they will send the results.

I've been told the most SVA can give is $4.000...

Hi, if you mean the ICP-Bard Photo MFA program - i received an email last week saying I got accepted. They also told me that they'll be sending financial aid info April 1st.

No, I haven't heard back from them- I applied to the MFA in Visual Studies though, so it might be different. Btw, has anyones received any financial aid info from SMFA?

They want an answer by March 25th, so I'm thinking they either have rolling admissions and are doing two phases or are intentionally making people decide before other programs' deadlines so that they can steal them : / .
