We should hear this month the results of the first cut. I'm not sure how many percentage-wise makes it to the second round. My husband made it last year to the second round, but didn't get the fellowship.
Stupid question, but do they really take this seriously? Especially when they say awards will be given based on academic and professional excellence and prospect for success. I mean, what is the weight of essays in the decisions?
