I have multiple GPAs: University of Colorado (3.8) Columbia University (3.4) NYU Summer (3.9) How do you think these will all compute? The only program I am applying to us NYU's masters in counseling psych, because I do not feel confident in taking the GRE until I can spend some serious time studying, and I am not willing to leave new york yet. I am really nervous about my Columbia GPA because classes here stress me out and I never know how I am going to do. Not to make this thread about me, but I've also had 2 RA positions (social psych lab and canine cognition lab, which everyone loves to chat about), 1 counseling internship, and multiple jobs/volunteer positions. My Psych GPA is a 3.8. Does anyone think I'd have a chance? I am going to contact the professor I'd like to work with soon to check about RA positions for the summer or even just some time to talk about his research. Is this an okay idea? Thanks!!!
