I got selected for a Full grant to Macedonia! I can't believe the news came today. I was trying to put it out of my head for a few more days and then my wife called me and told me to come home! I will update the spreadsheet.

Glad to hear from the Macedonia crowd. Is anyone else out there a finalist for the Full grant to Macedonia? I had a friend who applied the last two years before this one and she found out both times in March. It is taking a little longer this year for some reason. It's difficult not knowing but I am glad we have this forum. It reassures me that I am not the only one who doesn't know which continent he will be living on in the next few months.

Thanks Rlvaltm. I think everyone usually gets notified about the same time but, from reading these posts, it looks like Norway sent some out and not others. I really hope that doesn't happen with Macedonia. I think Macedonia usually has many fewer applicants than Norway so I wouldn't imagine them splitting up notification for us. I applied for the full grant. Best of luck to all of us applying for Macedonia.

I was one of those people today (I had to update my address anyway). She was kind enough to tell me that the Macedonian notification letters should be sent out in the next two weeks. At least now I know it wont come today or tomorrow and can get on with work.
