I'll be doing either med chem (organic synthesis based) or organic synthesis. I'd like to be a medicinal chemist in industry

For organic/medicinal PhD - potentially industry bound. Any opinions as to which is the better choice? Pros and Cons? Which will land me the better postdoc position? thanks in advance
