Nope I didn't get an interview either. 1 or 2 weeks?! Are they serious? How can they take so long, wasn't there some sort of a deadline to adhere to?

I mailed them once in Feb and they said the decisions will be out by Mid-March, so I mailed them in the last week of March and they said that the applications are still being processed and they'd tell me as soon as possible. Now it's the 2nd week of April and I mailed them a couple of days back; this time they decided not to reply haha. What's going in with them?! Have you applied for a PhD or Master's degree btw?

Has anybody heard from the Biomedical Engineering Department of Columbia? I applied in November and still haven't heard anything from them. I was wondering if there are other people in the same boat.

Well I applied for an MS at USC about 3 weeks back after panic struck as it was one of the few good schools with deadlines still open.
And yeah UNC was my safety school, but given the status of my admits, it's made a jump into the dream school category. Hehe. At the moment I'm just hoping to get Something. Congrats on your admits though!

I haven't heard from USC either. When did you apply? And what's your specialization in Biomed going to be? Industry sounds good. I'm undecided on whether I want to do a PhD or stick to an MS too. Sadly, no admits yet, so no options to choose from either way.

Hey, I saw a post of yours that said you had been admitted to the PhD program of the joint Biomedical Deparment of NCSU and UNC. I was wondering if you could tell me which college you applied through and when you had your interview if at all. I've applied through UNC and haven't heard anything back yet so I'm getting quite anxious. =/
